The Problem

Acencore had a powerful product with demonstrable ROI but struggled to convert enterprise interest into pilots and demos.

Website messaging was technical and fragmented, organic visibility was low for buyer-intent keywords, and the sales cycle stalled because buyers couldn’t quickly validate ROI or see enterprise use-cases. As a result, high CAC and long sales cycles blocked scale.

The Challenges

Working on the Acencore project required overcoming a range of significant challenges

  1. Complex B2B product requiring education and trust-building for enterprise buyers.

  2. Long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers (HR, TA, finance).

  3. Low organic visibility on competitive keywords (AI recruitment, reduce time to hire).

Our Approach

We designed a focused, data-first GTM plan to turn product-led proof into scalable demand:

  1. Messaging & positioning - created clear, outcome-focused messaging that led with ROI (time-to-hire & cost reduction) and enterprise case studies.

  2. Content & SEO - built a content hub and pillar pages targeting high-intent keywords (e.g., “enterprise recruitment automation”, “reduce time to hire with AI”), plus technical on-page SEO and schema for case studies.

  3. Conversion optimization - redesigned landing pages for enterprise personas, added trust signals (client logos, short video demo, quick ROI calculator), and implemented A/B tests on CTAs and form length.

  4. Measurement & iterate - set up GA4, heatmaps, and funnel dashboards to prioritize iterative wins every 2 weeks.

  5. Cold email lead gen automation - created targeted cold email campaigns for TA leaders and a high-intent search campaign with tailored landing pages for key verticals.

Outcomes
