The Problem

Eventora had product-market fit but inconsistent signups and low ticket conversion from existing traffic, preventing reliable revenue growth.

Although Eventora offered a complete feature set (custom pages, payments, participant management and community), the website didn’t communicate immediate value to event creators and checkout friction led to high drop-off. Organic discovery was limited, and manual outreach couldn’t scale.

The net effect: sporadic launches, unpredictable ticket revenue, and difficulty proving repeatable acquisition channels to potential partners.

The Challenges

Complex product with multiple features, short attention spans of event creators, and a fragmented acquisition funnel made scaling signups and ticket sales difficult.

Our Approach

We ran a funnel-first, data-driven program that combined UX-led site redesign, conversion experiments and targeted cold-email automation to convert visitors into organisers and ticket buyers.

  • Keyword research & content cluster: mapped intent across “create event page”, “sell event tickets online”, and vertical landing pages (weddings, workshops, meetups).

  • Landing pages & CRO: redesigned hero messaging, simplified checkout to one page, added trust signals, event templates, and a clear “create event” micro-conversion.

  • Cold email lead-gen automation: built segmented sequences for event organisers (new creators, repeat hosts, partners) with behaviour-triggered follow-ups.

  • Paid acquisition & remarketing: ran targeted ads to vertical landing pages and remarketed visitors who abandoned the checkout.

  • Sales enablement & automation: implemented automated onboarding emails, an in-app guided event builder, and Zapier routing to support for high-value organisers.
